Join us for a delightful evening at Boxwood Estate Winery in Middleburg for a hands-on, two course dinner demonstration class! Learn how to make pasta from scratch and much more while sipping Boxwood wines in the Chai.

On the menu:

CEC Chef Joe Mariano and CEPC Pastry Chef Elena Clement from The Guiding Knife will demonstrate how to prepare and cook handmade pasta with a Lamb and Red Wine Ragu, followed by Red Wine Poached Pears with Vanilla Chantilly Creme.

Tickets are $55 and will include an interactive, two course meal paired with a glass of wine. Limited seating available.
