Remember those special moments, the sand between your toes, the warm water and tropical breezes, the quirky friendly people that brought a smile to your face that make Key West your Key West? Well, they're still here, just a bit windblown and wet.

The folks in town who make Key West such a great place to live and visit need a little help in getting back on their feet after Wilma blew through ... so we're asking for your help to make sure we can restore and keep your Key West just the way you like it.

The Community Foundation of the Florida Keys (CFFK), established in 1996, is a (501) c 3 charitable organization servicing the nonprofits of the Florida Keys. CFFK is ready to accept your generous donation, which is fully tax deductible.

CFFK is working with a network of well-established local nonprofits to ensure that your gift will make an immediate positive impact to the folks in Key West and the Lower Keys that need it most. The My Key West Emergency Relief Fund will provide basic necessities such as food, clothing, shelter, transportation, medical assistance and childcare. The goal of this fund is to supplement and not replace funding from traditional disaster relief efforts.
